ReManufactured compressors listed on this site are rebuilt to manufacturer's specs by an extremely experianced compressor engineer. They are totally disassembled and get new bearings, seals, gaskets, rings, valves, 4th stage piston and sleeve and any other parts required to bring it back to factory specs. The frames are cleaned and painted. The Auto Condensate Drain is refurbished. The electrical controls and filtration are inspected and serviced.

Re-Manufactured with new bearings, rings, seals, gaskets, valves, and 4th stage piston and sleeve. Auto Condensate Drain has been serviced and the motor serviced with new bearings.
This compressor will produce 22 cfm of Grade E air (18 tanks per hour)

Bauer twin 27" tower system removes moisture, oil vapor, carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, and particulates. Will need to be changed after 560 tank fills at 95 degrees inlet temperature. Uses Bauer
58825 (X22677) and
58821 (X22247) filter cartridges

The above unit comes with a One Year Warranty or 600 hours which ever comes first. All work to be performed at the re-manufacturer’s location in Ocala Florida or subject to service charges.
